It’s now the turn of the Arum dress to receive the PDF treatment and benefit from an extended size range!

Accessible to complete beginners, Arum is perfect for a very first sewing project! No zipper or buttons, and two different options to finish the neckline so you can use your favorite technique. With its grown on sleeves, Arum is easy to wear, and can be either chic or casual depending of the fabric choice. Its loose shape is cinched in the back with long princess seams, and the bust is adorned with a patch pocket.

In this new PDF format, Arum is now available from size 34 to size 52! The pattern contains both a file to print and assemble at home and a A0 file that can be printed in a copyshop, both using size layers that allow you to print only the sizes you need. If you’d like to know more about this format, you can read our presentation of our digital pattern line. You can also find on the blog our tutorials to grade the Arum dress between sizes and to do a full bust adjustment (FBA).

If you already own the printed version of the Arum pattern and you’d like to get the PDF version at a reduced price, you can fill out this form. After verifying your information, we’ll send you a code that will let you purchase the PDF for only 3€ more 😉

Get the Arum dress in printed (34-46) or PDF format (34-52) in our online shop!

I am so glad that you have produced a pdf version of this wonderful pattern. I have a paper pattern but have not been brave enough to attempt it as I like to print out my patterns and then cutting into them. I have one desperate request though–as the FBA instructions are really useful could you please also do another set of instruction about how to do a full arm adjustment? A lot of reviewers have noted that the arms can be a little snug.

We’re glad you are happy about this release! To do a full arm adjustment on the Arum dress, you can simply redraw the underarm curve a little lower, like this. Do this on the front piece, then use your new front piece to redraw the underarm curve on the side back piece.
