Since its launch, the Aubépine dress has been a staple in the fall: comfortable and feminine, it’s a great transitional piece. It had been out of stock for a couple months, but now it’s back and it’s even better!
The pattern itself has not changed, and still includes two versions: one with elbow-length sleeves, which we have made for the store in a wonderful cotton-lyocell crepe, and is beautifully worn by Tassadit, and a short-sleeved summery version which we have made in a cotton voile and is worn by Camille.
However, as for all our new editions, the instructions have been updated and improved! Every step is now illustrated with its own diagram, so that the construction of the dress goes even more smoothly. The back cover also features the finished garment measurements, which you can also find on the product page (the list of all the changes made on the new editions is still available here).

Hi Rachael! The new edition has updated instructions, but is also more expensive as we spent more time working on it. We don’t think it would be fair to customers who have to pay the new edition’s price to send it for free to others who’ve paid the first edition’s price. That said, we’d be happy to answer your questions on the instructions of the first edition should you have any!

Thanks Camille! Your explanation makes a lot of sense and is much appreciated.

Quick question. If we have previously purchased this pattern, is it possible to get the updated directions? Thanks!
